Job summary

Science and Nature Laboratory SAS seeks a Treaty Analyst to create and maintain reinsurance agreements and serve as the liaison for treaty-related inquiries. The role involves drafting treaties and amendments, reviewing client information, and managing the signature workflow.

Excellent written English, strong Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with e-signature tools are essential as you support internal and external clients and produce periodic reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of life insurance/reinsurance experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to understand contract language and other legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reinsurance agreements (treaties, amendments, letters).
• Review information from internal/external clients and letters of intent.
• Utilize model language and draft special language as needed.
• Present documents for signature and manage the signature process.
• Maintain agreements on the document management system.
• Maintain workflow with timely entry of new requests and status updates.
• Support clients with treaty information and interpretation.
• Convey understanding of complex treaty language through meetings.
• Produce periodic reports.
• Assist with department projects and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Treaty Analyst

Create and maintain reinsurance agreements. Serveas point of contact for internal and external clients regarding treaty-relatedquestions/requests.

MainResponsibilities

• Draftand review reinsurance agreement documents (treaties, amendments, letters).
• Reviewand evaluate information needed from sources such as internal and externalclients, letters of intent, existing agreements, internet, and emailcorrespondence.
• Utilizemodel language as the basis for drafting, creation of special language asnecessary.
• Presentdocuments for signature and manage the signature process.
• Maintainagreements on document management system.
• Maintainworkflow movement with timely entry of new requests and status updates.
• Supportinternal and external clients with treaty information and interpretation
• Confirmunderstanding of complex treaty language through team meetings andconsultations.
• Produceperiodic reports.
• Assistwith department and associated projects as requested.
• Performother duties as requested by management.

EssentialKnowledge and Skills

• Experience3+ years of life insurance/reinsurance preferred
• Bachelor’sdegree preferred
• Abilityto understand contract/agreement language and other legal documents
