Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in human services with 1 year residential treatment experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree with 60 credits and 3 years’ work with children.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee schedules ensuring safety for clients and staff.
• Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• Structure and facilitate on-the-job orientation for new staff.
• Conduct supervisory conferences and performance evaluations with employees.
• Schedule mandatory training to meet requirements.
• Provide ongoing supervision and monitor case management activities.
• Mentor and supervise youth and employees effectively.
• Ensure safety and security during daily activities and maintain communications with supervisors.
