Baker House Men's provides a structured, supportive residential environment for men working toward recovery from substance use disorders.
As a Treatment Technician, you are part of their everyday recovery experience. You help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, provide structure and supervision, support daily activities and programming, communicate with the treatment team, and help clients move forward.
Some days the difference you make may seem small. To the person you're helping, it may be anything but small.
This is important. We hire for potential as well as experience.
Previous residential treatment or behavioral health experience can be helpful, but it isn't the only way to become a strong Treatment Technician. NDN provides training and gives employees opportunities to learn, develop professionally and explore careers in behavioral health and addiction treatment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must also be able to meet NDN's applicable background, drug-screening, driving and other employment requirements.
