New Directions Northwest in Baker City, Oregon, is seeking a dependable Treatment Technician to join our residential treatment team. We provide training and value reliability, compassion, and professionalism to help clients succeed in recovery.

You will support clients, maintain a safe environment, document accurately, and work with counselors to meet treatment goals. A high school diploma is required, and background checks and driving eligibility are part of the process.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must meet background, drug-screening, driving and other employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in a compassionate, respectful and nonjudgmental manner.
• Help maintain a safe, structured and recovery-focused residential environment.
• Provide client supervision and support throughout daily activities and programming.
• Observe and communicate important client needs or concerns to the treatment team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with counselors, supervisors and other members of the treatment team.
• Follow NDN policies, residential procedures and safety requirements.
