Northern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery is seeking a Treatment Financial Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, coordinate surgical care, and handle financial/insurance aspects in a fast-paced oral surgery setting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple patients and coordinating with surgeons, hospitals, and carriers to ensure smooth scheduling and timely approvals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Treatment coordination experience.
• Knowledge of dental and medical insurance, benefits, pre-authorizations, and claims.
• Experience with surgical or hospital scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients, treatment plans, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Treatment Coordination: Review treatment plans with patients and assist with scheduling.
• Financial Coordination: Review fees, benefits, patient responsibility, and payment options.
• Insurance & Pre-Authorizations: Verify benefits and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Claims: Assist with submission of claims and required documentation.
• Surgery Scheduling: Coordinate office and hospital-based surgeries and pre-operative info.
• Unscheduled Surgery Follow-Up: Track follow-ups and address scheduling, insurance, or financial needs.
• Patient Documentation: Maintain accurate treatment plans, insurance, and communications.
• Daily Reporting: Complete end-of-day reports ensuring data accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with surgeons, staff, hospitals, and carriers.

The following position is for employment with:Northern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery4130 Justin Rd Ste 105, Flower Mound, TX 75077POSITION PURPOSENorthern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Financial Coordinator to join our team.This position plays an important role in guiding patients through their recommended treatment, coordinating surgical care, and assisting with the financial and insurance aspects of treatment.
