Job summary

Chisholm Trail Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide wound care and treatment services in a team-based setting. You will deliver high-quality care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident healing.

You will perform dressing changes, document progress, communicate care plans with physicians and families, assess nutrition/hydration, review labs for infection signs, educate staff on protocols, and assist with floor staffing to ensure

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:
