Country Drive Post Acute in Fremont, CA seeks a Treatment Nurse to deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will focus on resident-centered services and ensure timely, compassionate treatment.

As a Treatment Nurse, You Will Put Resident Service First And Ensure That Residents And Their Families Receive The Highest Quality Care. Under The Direction Of a Registered Nurse, You Will Deliver a Full Range Of Nursing Care. This Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Treating wounds.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration when needed
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer uses or willingness to learn

Nice To Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
