Windsor Care Centers in Fremont, CA is seeking a Treatment Nurse to join our compassionate team. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care including wound care, rounds, medications, and resident support.

The ideal candidate is an LVN/LPN with active CA licensure, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with PCC; a caring, customer-service oriented approach will help us deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualificações

As aTreatment Nurse, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Treating wounds.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration when needed
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer uses or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
