Job summary

KVC Health Systems, Inc. in Saint James, MO is seeking a Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Specialist to recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to TFC resource providers caring for children with unique needs.

Collaborating with the Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, you’ll help place children in stable homes and ensure nurturing environments. A relevant degree and two years’ experience in social services are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of experience working with children and families in the direct delivery of social services in a public or private agency, preferably in foster care or adoption.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.

Responsibilities

• As the Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Specialist, carefully select, train, and continuously support TFC resource providers who offer safe and loving homes for children with unique needs.
• Partner with the Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, to enhance the lives of children in search of stable TFC placements and provide nurturing environments.

Pay:$43,888-$46,000 annually

Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible scheduling, 9am-5pm with after hour, weekend, and holiday on call rotation required*

Job Summary
