The Treatment Engagement Specialist is a newly created position with primaryresponsibilities as required as a member of the Treatment Team in delivering direct patient care services. Establishes a therapeutic transition between admission and treatment programming. Conducts biopsychopsocials and initial ASAMs for new admissions to ensure accurate placement in level of care.
The schedule for the Treatment Engagement Specialist is a full time schedule working eight (8) hour shifts. The hours are 40 in a two week pay period and does have an every other weekend requirement.

Education and/or Experience: ASAM certification. Experienced in completing ASAM assessments. A Master’s Degree (no job experience required), Bachelor’s Degree (1 year experience required) or associate degree (2 years’ experience required) from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.
