Job summary
Management & Training Corporation (MTC) seeks a Treatment Specialist at the East Texas Treatment Facility in Henderson, TX. You will deliver didactic education within DWI, ISF, and SAFPF programs, coordinating activities with the cognitive intervention coordinator and other departments to maximize resources in accordance with MTC and TDCJ directives.

Qualifications
- Didactic education work within DWI, ISF and/or SAFPF Programs.
- Planning, coordinating and implementing activities with departments.
- Maintaining records and reports as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide didactic sessions according to curricula.
- Guide clients to comply with facility rules and schedules.
- Monitor client behavior and report incidents to the team.
- Maintain client records and workload statistics.
- Adhere to licensing and certification requirements.
- Follow HHSC and TCB ethical standards.
