The Missouri Department of Mental Health's Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a dynamic Treatment Director for Southeast Missouri Residential Services. This top-level leadership role oversees 24-hour residential habilitation services and leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with required hours in a human services field
• 5 years of professional experience in mental health, education, social services, public administration, or related area
• 2-5 years of supervising experience

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Superintendent in directing facility operations and policy implementation.
• Provide administrative oversight of residential, habilitation, crisis, and support services.
• Provide leadership to department managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and respectful communication.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, mentoring, and retention of team members.
• Guarantee compliance with all Federal, State and DMH regulations and participate in external audits.
