Job summary

Montana Judicial Branch is seeking a Treatment Court Coordinator for the First Judicial District Adult Treatment Program in Helena. The role oversees program administration, budgeting, and public outreach while coordinating with the treatment team, providers, and participants.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with experience in multi-agency systems and youth/adult substance-abusing populations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for the treatment court and staff meetings.
• Prepare and manage program materials, budget reports, and records.
• Engage with participants, providers, and community partners to ensure services.
• Establish contracts, handbooks, and program policies under judge direction.
• Maintain treatment court records and ensure proper documentation.
