Job summary

Gentle Dental seeks a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from initial consultation to treatment acceptance, clearly presenting financial options and care plans. You will coordinate appointments and work closely with clinicians to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Based in Keizer, OR, this full-time role supports a four-day work week and offers opportunities for growth within a patient-centered dental practice. Prior front office exposure in healthcare is valuable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services preferred.

• Manage patients' full cycle from exam to treatment acceptance.
