• Communicating results and updating manager on progress throughout the day
• Managing workflow to complete tasks timely
• Assisting patients with financing options and submitting forms to finance institutions
• Completing assigned reports and submitting an end of day report
• Assisting with aging reports and accounts under collections
• Auditing schedules and account balances
• Entering treatment plans and coordinating benefits based on insurance prior to fees
