Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to help create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude).

You will welcome patients, assist with check-in/check-out procedures including insurance verification, and help explain services and payment options. You will schedule appointments, support patients throughout their visits, manage financial arrangements, and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation

$22-$25/hour
