Job summary

Roanoke Valley Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You will educate new patients on available treatment options, work out financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships.

Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, guiding patients through payment options, following up to schedule treatment, coordinating referrals to specialists, and supporting local marketing and community events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.
