Tyler Oral Facial Surgery, Tyler, TX, is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to connect clinical care with an outstanding patient experience. You’ll guide patients through treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, professional presence, strong organizational skills, and 1 year of customer service experience. Medical or dental exposure is preferred but not required.

Treatment Coordinator

Full Time | Tyler: 805 Turtle Creek Drive, Tyler, TX 75701 | This is an in-office position.

We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a high-performing team, we would love for you to join us as we continue to serve our community with all of their oral surgery needs. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.

Role and Responsibilities
