Job summary

Downtown Seattle Dentists is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to present treatment plans and financial estimates, schedule patients, and coordinate with the clinical team to optimize provider schedules. The role focuses on delivering a world-class patient experience and helping patients navigate costs for prescribed care.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of treatment planning experience in a dental practice, strong computer and organizational skills, and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years' experience in treatment planning in a dental practice.
  • Proficient computer skills and strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments and manage daily flow.
  • Assist front desk and coordinate with dental providers.
  • Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
