WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Treatment Coordinator, you play a critical role in helping patients understand and move forward with recommended treatment. You will serve as the bridge between the doctor, the clinical team, and the patient, ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care. Responsibilities Include

• Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
• Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and estimated insurance benefits
• Coordinate treatment scheduling and appointment sequencing
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment needs
• Build trust through warm, confident, patient-centered communication
• Maintain accurate treatment, financial, and patient communication documentation in Dentrix
• Collaborate with the doctor, clinical team, and front office team to create a smooth patient experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dental front office, treatment coordinator, or patient financial coordinator experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
• Experience with Dentrix practice management software
• Comfortable using Dental Intelligence, Outlook, and Google Workspace
• Strong phone, in-person, and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
