Job summary

Espire Dental is seeking a patient-focused dental professional to join our team in Oklahoma City. You will help prepare treatment plans, present financial estimates, and coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth daily patient flow while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and care.

You will assist at the front desk as needed, support financial arrangements, and ensure confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines. A positive, fun, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people and patients.
• Ability to build trust with team and patients.
• Experience in a dental environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental practice operations and management.
• Comfort with HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Schedule patient appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical team to optimize providers' schedules.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and careCredit where applicable.
