Job Responsibilities

Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
Discuss insurance, costs, and financial options
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
Schedule treatment to maximize provider productivity
Keep schedules full through confirmations and patient follow-up
Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records

Experience working with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures required
