Job summary

Gentle Dental Moore is hiring for a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from initial visit through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate treatment plans and payment options and guide patients to consent for proposed care.

Ideal candidates have medical front office experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to discuss costs with patients. Bilingual skills and insurance claims experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.
• Experience with insurance claims

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to achieve a happy, healthy smile.

At Gentle Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
