Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment options, costs, and payment plans
• Assist with patient intake and registration
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and next steps
• Ensure compliance with dental practice policies and procedures
  
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
