Job summary

Collins Hill is seeking a Full-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Lawrenceville, GA to join our established general dental practice.

You will check patients in and out, present treatment plans, answer calls, update information, and support the team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Ideal candidates have dental office experience, familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix, strong organizational skills, and a friendly, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have dental office experience.
• Familiar with Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix PM software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out.
• Present treatment plans and help patients understand care.
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions.
• Obtain and update necessary patient information.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the patient experience.
• Support the team in other areas of the practice as needed.

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Checking patients in and out
• Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• Obtaining and updating necessary patient information
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the patient experience
• Supporting the team in other areas of the practice as needed

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Flexible end-of-day time
• Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• $20–$25/hour, based on experience
• A full benefits package is available
