We are looking for a talented and skilled Treatment Coordinator to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world‑class specialty experience for every patient. Your responsibilities
- Engage with patients to explain treatment options, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with the dental team to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Schedule appointments for treatments, consultations, and follow‑up visits, taking into consideration the patient's availability and the clinic's schedule.
- Assist patients in understanding and navigating insurance coverage and financial obligations, providing accurate cost estimates, and exploring payment options.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, treatment plans, and correspondence to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Work closely with the front desk and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and an organized office environment.
- Continuously update your knowledge of dental treatments, procedures, and insurance policies to provide accurate information to patients.
- Handle any patient concerns or issues that may arise during the treatment process, escalating them as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ability to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
Your background
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and the dental team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex treatment information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills.
- Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Empathetic and patient‑centered approach to customer service.
- A high school diploma.

Position Base Pay Range: $15 USD - $20 USD
