Gentle Dental North Eugene in Eugene, OR is seeking a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand treatment plans, navigate insurance and financing, and coordinate with doctors and staff to deliver a seamless, welcoming experience.

As part of the North Eugene team, you will follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and support the office in achieving goals through excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front office experience in a dental or medical setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office.
• Comfort discussing treatment costs, insurance, and financial arrangements.
• Computer proficiency; QSI or Denticon experience is a plus.
• Previous experience presenting dental treatment plans preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Full-Time Treatment Coordinator

At Gentle Dental, we believe great dental care starts with great people. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our North Eugene team!

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping patients understand their recommended treatment, navigate financial options, and feel confident moving forward with their care. You'll work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to create a welcoming, supportive patient experience.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
