Gentle Dental Albany is hiring a Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly explain financial planning and options based on the proposed treatment, guiding patients from their first appointment to completion toward a healthy smile.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, be computer literate (QSI/Denticon a plus), and preferably bilingual.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage patients through the full treatment cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.
