Your primary focus will be onclosing dental treatment plans, building relationships with patients, and offering financial options that make care accessible. What You'll Do:

• Present andclose treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
• Buildtrust and rapport with patients, ensuring they feel supported.
• Explain financial options including insurance benefits, in-house plans, and third-party financing.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to align treatment priorities and schedules.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment to help patients get the care they need.
• Achieve and exceed monthlytreatment acceptance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in adental officeorsales-focused role (required).
• Confident communicator andnatural closer.
• Strong understanding ofinsurance and financing options.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with agoal-oriented drive.
• Knowledge of dental software systems (preferred).
