D4C Dental is seeking a personable PRN Treatment Coordinator to cover our orthodontic offices in Sierra Madre and Claremont. You will guide new patients through their initial visit and help them understand treatment options and finances.

The role offers 8-16 hours per week with compensation of $25-$28 per hour. Travel between Sierra Madre and Claremont may be required, and you’ll join a busy, patient-focused team.

What You'll Do

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding new patients through their initial visit and helping them understand their recommended orthodontic treatment.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with new patients scheduled for consultations
• Present recommended treatment plans in a clear and welcoming manner
• Review treatment fees and financial options with patients and families
• Answer questions regarding treatment and financial arrangements
• Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment
• Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to provide a smooth patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient and treatment information

What We're Looking For

• Treatment coordinating experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial options

Schedule

PRN | Approximately 8-16 hours per week

Hours will vary depending on office coverage needs.

Typical shifts may include:

8:15 AM-5:30 PM
or
9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Compensation

$25-$28 per hour, based on experience.

Travel between Sierra Madre and Claremont may be required.
