Mendota Springs Dental is currently looking for a highly motivated Treatment Care Coordinator to join our amazing team.

This role involves greeting patients, scheduling, discussing treatment plans, and navigating dental insurance, all while delivering five-star service. Salary ranges from $22/hr to $26/hr, based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits through Mercy Dental Group.

Qualifications

• Dental: 3 years preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
• Experience with front desk duties and patient scheduling.
• Ability to discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and other front desk duties
• Understand and navigate patients’ dental insurance
• Collect and document patients’ charges and payments
• Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations
• Strive to provide excellent customer service throughout the organization
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires multitasking
• Be willing and able to step into various roles and wear different hats

This position requires the individual to be flexible with theneeds of the practice.The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, highly organized, and comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients. The candidate needs excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

• $22/hr-$26/hr
• Based on experience

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (twice a month)
