Job summary

You will help youths build life skills, respond to emotional needs, and collaborate with therapists and families to support treatment plans, while maintaining safety and documenting progress. This role requires physical stamina, crisis intervention skills, and a commitment to

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth.
• Build meaningful relationships and understand each youth's treatment plan and goals.
• Support daily routines, including hygiene, structure, and life skills.
• Respond to emotional needs with empathy, guidance, and encouragement.
• Manage crisis situations safely using trained intervention techniques.
• Administer medications in accordance with protocols.
• Document progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately.
• Coordinate with therapists, supervisors, schools, and families.
• Facilitate recreational, educational, and spiritual enrichment activities.
