Job summary

Luminis Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Treatment Assistant/Case Manager (TA/CM) to supervise residents, manage milieu, and facilitate group meetings. The role may support the Adventure Therapist or serve as a primary counselor for Pathways inpatients, providing assessment, case management, counseling, treatment planning, and discharge planning.

The position requires a high school diploma (AA/BA preferred), 1 year behavioral health experience, ADT or Peer Recovery Coach certification, BLS

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in individual and/or group counseling.
• Residential treatment experience preferred.
• ADT or Peer Recovery Coach certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients and activities.
• Oversee resident environment and enforce guidelines.
• Conduct or assist with drug testing as needed.
• Orient new patients to treatment expectations.
• Provide assessment, case management, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Pathways Counselors and clinical staff.
• Assist Adventure Therapy delivery as applicable.
