Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education required.
• Experience working with HIV and up-to-date with HIV treatment advances.
• Strong computer and data entry proficiency required (Word, WordPerfect, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and provide services accordingly.
• Coordinate treatment adherence with medical providers and staff.
• Recruit and enroll clients needing adherence services.
• Provide education and outreach in one-to-one and group formats.
• Participate in program implementation and monitoring, and prepare educational materials.
• Refer clients to CHN services and maintain confidentiality and privacy.
