Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HIV-related experience preferred; NY LPN or RN with HIV Specialist cert.
• Proficient with computers, EMR, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training for clinical staff in Partnership for Health (PFH) interventions and support integration into clinical sessions.
• Monitor fidelity of PFH delivery and track service delivery data.
• Coordinate booster trainings and reporting of data.
• Enter and track patient data for PFH participants.
• Provide nursing support to optimize patient flow and care in the clinic.
• Lead daily huddles with the health care team and liaise with providers.
