Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Los Gatos, CA. This full-time role oversees center operations, staff, regulatory compliance, and patient care while driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.
Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and ability to manage staff.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Supervise Therapists and Aides, conduct reviews, and manage employee relations.
Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and documentation.
Compliance: Adhere to state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
