Henderson Group is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead a therapy center in Rocklin, CA and manage operations while treating a full patient caseload.

You will supervise staff, drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and grow referrals through local marketing efforts. A strong PT/OT background and leadership experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy assistant program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Assess and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
