Ashton North LLC is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Elk Grove, CA. This full-time role will oversee therapy center operations and financial performance while maintaining a full patient caseload.

You will supervise center staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources. A strong background in physical or occupational therapy is required, with current state licensure and CPR certification.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.

Job Summary
