The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in California to lead a therapy center’s clinical and operational activities. You will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth by engaging local referral sources while treating a full patient caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
