Job summary

Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation team in the United States as a Treasury M&A and Transformation Manager to shape strategies, drive process development, and deliver transformational changes for CFOs and finance leaders.

You'll lead engagement teams, manage client relationships, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of treasury projects, M&A initiatives, and treasury technology implementations, while expanding services to key clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field required.
• 6+ years of treasury consulting or corporate experience focused on transformation and M&A.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, FX and funding.
• Experience leading treasury transformations or M&A projects.
• Experience managing project teams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Ability to travel ~40% on average.
• Limited visa sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, planning, and execution of treasury M&A and transformation services.
• Manage engagement teams and liaison between Deloitte and client teams.
• Own project plans, budgets, and deliverables with quality parameters and timelines.
• Lead client communication, relationship development, and retention.
• Develop and refine tools, methodologies and assets for project delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop consulting staff.
• Drive expansion of our service offering and business growth through leadership in sales and development of new business strategies.
