ThedaCare is seeking a Treasury Systems Administrator to oversee Banking, Corporate Card, and Merchant Services platforms, and to lead onboarding of new Treasury systems. This hybrid role is based in Neenah, WI, with in-office presence one day per week, and frequent collaboration with Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CTP designation desirable or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in treasury or banking operations preferred.
• Hybrid role: In office in Menominee Falls one day a week; periodic in office in Neenah.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and maintain Banking, Corporate Card, and Merchant Services platforms.
• Onboard new Treasury systems and support onboarding.
• Develop and implement cash forecasting processes.
• Review monthly bank statements and perform bank fee analysis.
• Identify and implement solutions to strengthen internal controls.
• Support Workday treasury module implementation.
• Execute funds transfer transactions timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Finance for proper recording and reconciliation.
• Develop treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate to improve payment processes with AP, Payroll, and Revenue Cycle.
