Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across multiple business entities and investment structures.

• Support funding activities, cash forecasting, and short-term liquidity planning.
• Coordinate cash movements between bank accounts and internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate transaction variances.
• Maintain treasury controls, documentation, and adherence to internal procedures.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting of cash activity.
• Assist with quarter-end treasury activities and high-volume transaction periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across multiple business entities and investment structures
• Execute and reconcile domestic and international wire transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support funding activities, cash forecasting, and short-term liquidity planning
• Coordinate cash movements between bank accounts and internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements
• Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate transaction variances
• Maintain treasury controls, documentation, and adherence to internal procedures
• Partner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting of cash activity
• Assist with quarter-end treasury activities and high-volume transaction periods

Requirements:

• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and cash forecasting principles
• Ability to work onsite during training with flexibility for a hybrid schedule thereafter

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
