Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• 5–7 years of technical accounting experience preferred.
• 3+ years in public accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, and related documentation.
• Lead cash forecasting and treasury process improvements across entities.
• Oversee debt portfolio and covenants, and manage Letters of Credit.
• Maintain Capital Table and reconcile member equity general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate shareholder communications and quarterly updates.
