Job summary

INSURICA Corporate in Oklahoma City is seeking a Treasury and Shareholder Relations Specialist to support cash management, banking relationships, and shareholder debt servicing. The role collaborates with Financial Accounting and other departments to optimize cash and maintain compliance.

The position requires 5–7 years of accounting experience, public accounting is a plus, and CPA/CFA/CTP designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years of previous technical accounting experience preferred
• 3+ years in public accounting preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, in Accounting or Business, preferred
• Current CPA, CFA, CTP designation(s) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, and related documentation
• Oversee bank account administration, including signers and records
• Lead process improvements and treasury automation with accounting, legal and IT
• Manage global cash operations and daily positions across entities
• Support GL, Disbursement and Receipts teams for timely accounting
• Prepare and optimize cash forecasts and identify cash optimization opportunities
• Manage debt portfolio and ensure compliance with covenants
• Handle Letters of Credit and related documentation for future needs
• Project debt portfolio for acquisitions and growth
• Assist in selecting accounting/treasury systems for growth
• Maintain cash controls and documentation for banking activities
• Oversee shareholder relations and capital table management
• Coordinate distributions and tax reporting relevant to ownership
• Support month-end processes and ensure timely closes
• Provide training and knowledge growth through seminars and licenses
