Job summary

The State Board of Administration of Florida is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to oversee Treasury and Cash Management duties for SBA. You will analyze daily account activity, forecast cash needs, and support settlement of internal trading.

You will also validate cash movements, coordinate with custodians and brokers, ensure data integrity across systems, and contribute to Florida PRIME operations with monthly statements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily account activity for assigned accounts and independently forecast daily cash requirements
• Administer trading activity and facilitates timely trade settlement for managed accounts
• Research and resolve reconciling items to ensure data integrity between multiple systems
• Administers the daily Florida PRIME operations
• Validate and process all cash wires and transfers in custodian wire system for assigned accounts
• Establishes excellence in customer service
• Assists in the Florida PRIME monthly interest allocation and produces monthly statements
