This role requires strong communication skills and a banking background to ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with three years of banking experience, particularly in Treasury Management. The position operates during day shift hours in a temperature-controlled office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years banking experience directly supporting business customers.
• 1 year experience working with Treasury Management platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service for Treasury Management related products.
• Complete system set‑ups and changes for Treasury Management customers.
• Assist clients with ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Origination.

Skills

Strong technical ability with advanced skills using a Windows based PC

3 years banking experience directly supporting business customers
