Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer II to manage a Middle Market client portfolio, drive revenue growth, and coordinate treasury solutions. This hybrid role blends sales with treasury expertise, requiring strong communication, data-driven insights, and cross-team collaboration.

You will partner with Treasury Sales and client teams to deliver integrated solutions, manage pricing, and ensure client satisfaction while expanding relationships and improving working capital

Qualifications

• 3 years of treasury sales experience.
• Product and financial acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication with presentation skills.
• Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities.
• Deep understanding of bank structure and global cash management.
• Understand and adhere to risk guidelines and escalation processes.
• Curious, courageous, and able to partner with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Middle Market clients.
• Retain and grow revenue; deepen solutions per relationship.
• Coordinate regular RFP processes with Treasury Sales teams.
• Build partnerships with business partners and client decision makers.
• Deliver integrated treasury solutions and provide product expertise to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate relationship reviews and ensure timely fulfillment and billing.
