Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer for Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-profit sectors. • Responsible for acting as primary client interface for a portfolio of high revenue, complex Treasury clients, serving as a comprehensive project manager with a focus on accelerating revenue realization.
• Leading, directing, influencing, coordinating delivery of complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and deposit solutions, leveraging expertise and exercising discretion to resolve escalations.
• Job expectations include applying independent judgment in decision making, driving operational excellence, contributing to process improvement and executing assigned projects with established rigor.
• Partners closely with client‑facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provides the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
• Maintains a client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of the bank's structure
• Develops data driven insights and presentations for clients, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitization of payments/receipts, etc.
• Participates in the Client Management Process that focuses on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationship through thoughtful identification of client needs
