Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Irvine seeks a Treasury Sales Group Manager to lead and develop Treasury Management Associates and the Analyst group, delivering exceptional client experiences while managing risk and guiding the team.

You will partner with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams to execute market-specific strategies and drive revenue through relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury sales and industry experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience driving new business, building relationships and a positive client experience.
• Deep knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
• Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Ability to communicate and present to large groups.
• Demonstrated sales coaching abilities including successful sales and marketing skills.

• Participates in partner meetings and communicates key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies.
