Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to support end-to-end treasury sales processes for the Healthcare, Higher Education Not For Profit verticals. You will coordinate research, prep pre-call plans, and analyze profitability and pricing strategies to grow revenue domestically and internationally.

The role emphasizes client onboarding, KYC coordination, cross-functional collaboration with product partners, and maintaining accurate sales data across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 1 year treasury management/corporate banking experience or completion of a training program.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Strong business and financial acumen enabling problem solving, trend analysis, risk management and client meeting prep.
• Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with good time management.
• Results-driven mindset prioritizing client and team interests.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for the Healthcare, Higher Education Not For Profit team to grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for high-quality pre-call planning.
• Maintain accuracy of sales data across core systems including deal pipeline, client plans, pricing, and rates.
• Produce and support client and portfolio level analyses (profitability, revenue, product usage, balance trends).
• Coordinate KYC onboarding and client readiness with AML/onboarding teams.
• Assist with CMP activities: client planning, calling, meeting prep, delivery, and revenue tracking.
